Through 10+ years of various roles in education, my ultimate goal is to lead learners to change their mindset and behavior, fostering growth and success.  The key to achieving this is by providing engaging, relevant learning experiences.  I apply my expertise in developing research- and evidence-based instruction to the corporate space by creating opportunities for adults to grow in their professional lives and help organizations thrive. 

My priorities as an educator and learning content creator:

• Continually strive to find creative ways to engage learners

• Acknowledge the learner’s needs with empathy

• Break down and organize complex information into smaller, understandable chunks

• Collaborate effectively with learners, supervisors, and subject matter experts to accomplish common goals

• Be a lifelong learner myself to continually improve my skills

Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my family, being in nature, exploring our beautiful world, and seeking out new experiences. You can also find me serving in church activities, volunteering at my kids’ school events, or coaching my kids’ sports teams.
